The Devil in Alexanderplatz, Gettorf, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany
In Alexanderplatz, there is a statue of the devil beside a large boulder. According to folklore, the Devil tried to hit Gettorf’s St. Jürgen’s Church, and missed. The rock is a 180-ton boulder from the last Ice Age and the largest of its kind in all of Schleswig-Holstein. To see my best photos of Germany, please visit the Germany section of my portfolio
