Schloss Gottorf, Schleswig, Germany
Gottorf Castle was built on the foundations of a medieval moated castle and served as the palace of the Dukes of Schleswig-Holstein. It has four wings built around a central courtyard and was constructed from the 15th to the early 18th centuries. It now houses the regional history, cultural and art museums.
