Old city in Lubeck, Germany
The old city had lots of street entertainers and charming old brick buildings like the Rathaus (City Hall) built 1226. No visit to Lubeck would be complete without having delicious pastries at Niederegger Patisserie, famous for its marzipan! This store has been here since 1806. It was wonderful and we bought lots of marzipan to take back to family and friends (unfortunately we ate most of it before getting home).
